Death is such a reality to the human existence. It is unavoidable by everyone born on this planet, earth. It’s criteria for striking one’s life is not limited to sickness, disease, old age, poverty, wealth, social status or the like. It strikes everyone at some point in time, with or without warning signals.  

Death’s methods of taking one’s life are so evident around us on a daily basis. While some might go to bed, very well and healthy yet die in their sleep, million more are dying by car accident, plane crash, sicknesses and diseases, heart failure, war, starvation, natural disasters, and so on.

While the methods of death are known to us, the timing is completely unknown to us. While medical science might be able to predict a person’s life span because of some terminal illness, the exact time of their last breath is always unpredictable.

Since these things are undeniable facts of the human existence, the questions remain: What happens to me when I die? Where will I go when I die? And, how can I get there.

While it is true that death is the end of our existence on planet earth, it is also a transition from this temporal world into an eternal existence, either to HEAVEN or to HELL and the LAKE OF FIRE.

We don’t have to do anything good or bad to go to HELL. We are all condemned to HELL because of the sin of Adam, whether rich or poor, male or female, young or old.  But the only way to HEAVEN is through Jesus Christ.
